Prizes are not redeemable for cash and are not transferable Date & place of draw: Saturday 15 September 2012 at the Palladium Ballroom, Crown Casino, 8 Whiteman Street, Southbank, Melbourne VIC 3006. The winners will be announced at approximately 11:20pm. Notification of results: prize winners will be notified by at the event and by registered mail if not present for the draw at the event and the results will be published on the Fashion Aid website (www.fashionaid.com.au) on Tuesday 18 September 2012.
Terms and Conditions 1. Entry in the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
	2.	If the entrant cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize and a new winner will be drawn. Entrants must be 18 years of age or more. The  Permit Holder reserves the right to request winners to provide suitable proof of age. 
	3.	The Permit Holder accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries including entries not received by the Permit Holder or delays in the  delivery of the entry due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason. Entries must be received by 22.45 (AEST) on Saturday 15  September 2012. The time of entry will be the time the entry is received by the Permit Holder. 
	4.	The First Prize (Nissan Micra) will be available for collection from a Victorian metropolitan based dealership. Delivery costs to any other location requested by  the winner will be the responsibility of the winner. 
	5.	The first prize will be as described in the ticket. Any additional features the winner wishes to include in the vehicle are subject to availability and will be at the  expense of the winner. 
	6.	Prizes two and three will be in the form of a voucher that outlines the contact that will arrange delivery or booking of the prize. 
7. Due to possible delays in international production and deliveries, the final delivery date of the first prize could be up to 90 days after the draw. 8. If either prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Permit Holder reserves the right to substitute another prize of a similar type and of equal value, subject to
Victorian legislation. 10. Photographs used to promote the prize are for illustration purposes only. 11. By accepting a prize, a winner agrees to participate in and co-operate as required with all reasonable media editorial requests relating to the prize, including
but not limited to being interviewed, photographed and filmed throughout the duration of the draw.
	12.	Prize values are based upon the recommended retail prices at the time of printing (inclusive of GST). The Permit Holder accepts no responsibility for change  inprize value between now and the date on which the prize is received by the winner. 
	13.	It is a condition of accepting a prize that a winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and the prize supplier’s reasonable requirements. 
	14.	In the case of intervention of any act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Permit Holder’s ability to proceed with the raffle on the dates  and in the manner described, the Permit Holder may, in its absolute discretion, cancel the raffle and recommence it on a future date on the same conditions,  subject to Victorian legislation and in accordance with the conditions of the Victorian Commission for Gambling Regulation. 
15. Entry is open to Australian residents only. Office holders and employees of the Permit Holder, Dealer, Nissan, Fashion Aid Pty Ltd and any other individuals,
together with any relatives of these office holders, are not eligible to enter. 16. The Permit Holder’s decision is final and the Permit Holder will not enter into any correspondence regarding the competition result
